A booking estimate is based on the information supplied, travel and active pricing rules. Additional work requires an accepted quote.
Marketplace work
The booking confirmation identifies how work is fulfilled. Independent contractors remain responsible for carrying out their work safely and professionally.
Approved service businesses also agree to the contractor agreement and platform operating rules.
Payments
New bookings do not require an upfront payment or saved card. You review the professional and rates before approving a visit. Agreed work and materials are invoiced and paid securely through Stripe. No platform cancellation or no-show fee is charged for new requests. Card details are handled by the payment provider. GetCleaner.uk stores provider references, amounts and ledger records, not card numbers.
