Business property maintenance: your questions
Who is GetFix Business for?
Landlords, letting agents, property managers and businesses managing rental homes, offices, shops or other premises. You can start with one property and add more as needed.
What maintenance can I request?
You can request electrical work, plumbing, heating, cleaning, locks, handyman work, decorating and other property services. GetFix reviews each request and confirms professional availability before work is arranged.
Is creating a business account free?
Creating your account and saving properties is free. Sending a maintenance request does not take payment. The scope, price and appointment are confirmed with you before work.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. Save each address with a clear name, search your properties, and keep requests linked to the address where the work is needed.
Where will I receive invoices?
Issued invoices appear in your Business account. You can set an invoice email in Company settings, or use the contact email on each request, and print or save an invoice from its detail page.
Is a professional guaranteed for every category?
Availability depends on the service, property location and timing. A request is reviewed before a professional, price or appointment is confirmed.
