Cancellation policy

The £15.00 booking fee is refunded when GetCleaner.uk cannot find a suitable cleaner or when the booking is cancelled before a cleaner accepts it.

After a cleaner accepts, some or all of the £15.00 booking fee may be retained as a late cancellation fee. No separate call-out is charged unless travel or authorised work has already started.

Emergency, safety and exceptional circumstances are reviewed by support and recorded on the job timeline.
